Does anyone blog anymore?

The answer to the above question is, apparently, no. People Substack. I don’t have one of those, but I do have this website, so...

Let me introduce myself. If you read my bio, then you already know I’m a novelist. To be more specific, I write books in the upmarket category. My writing is character-driven and deeply rooted in setting (and most of the time, I work with settings in the South). I’m fascinated by characters who make bad choices—characters you wouldn’t want to share a meal with, if given the chance—as well as characters who are so earnest about their convictions they verge on naive.
